The Orile Agege Road Construction project was awarded by the Lagos state government and was completed in 2018. The project was executed by WGNI where HOT Construction, actively participated in the construction work.

The conversion process was thorough and included structural changes to the building, such as the addition of conference rooms and office cubicles. Eventually, the office was moved to the Victoria Island area, though the lasting impact of the Gbagada office conversion remains.
