Residential Duplex Converted to GMH Office Space

This project was completed by HOT Construction Limited, who successfully converted a residential duplex into GMH office space. The building was located in the Gbagada area of Lagos and was designed to meet the needs of office employees and clients.

The conversion process was thorough and included structural changes to the building, such as the addition of conference rooms and office cubicles. The conversion also included the installation of modern amenities, including air conditioning, high-speed internet, and updated fixtures and furnishings.

The resulting space was both comfortable and functional, providing a great environment for employees and visitors alike. Eventually, the office was moved to the Victoria Island area, though the lasting impact of the Gbagada office conversion remains.
