Tijani Olalekan, a founding director of HOT Construction Ltd, brings to the forefront an extensive tenure of over a decade, specializing in site works and construction. As the principal driving force behind the triumphant trajectory of HOT Construction Limited Operations, Engr. Tijani has assumed a pivotal role in its ongoing achievements, particularly since undertaking the mantle of principal partner in 2019 during its incorporation.

Engr. Teejay is an esteemed alumnus of Yaba College of Technology, holding a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering. He further augmented his academic prowess with a post-graduate diploma in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Technology FUTMinna, Niger State.

A distinguished member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a COREN certified Engineer, Engr. Tijani’s ardor for his vocation has driven collaborations with various construction entities. His wealth of experience, meticulous attention to detail, and unique design perspective have significantly contributed to the development and success of HOT Construction Limited.

Embarking on his professional journey as a Graduate Engineer with Fortis Ome Limited in Lagos, Tijani meticulously supervised his inaugural project in Enugu in 2010. During this period, he played an instrumental role in the development of the Ugwuoma project in Enugu, subsequently, he was employed by Loyola Jesuit College, Abuja as the Director of Works/Facility Manager until December 2015.

In 2016, Engr. Teejay joined the esteemed team at Geostruct Konsult Limited, where he actively participated in a spectrum of building construction and road projects across various cities, including Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Enugu, and Minna.

With nearly two decades of illustrious experience in Civil Works and Engineering, he has held diverse roles, encompassing Site Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, and more.
