Ijaodola Ibukun Oladimeji, commonly referred to as Engr Ladi, possesses a wealth of experience exceeding 12 years in the domain of civil construction and design operations.
Engr Ladi, an alumnus of Federal Polytechnic Ilaro, Ogun State, holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering. He augmented his academic foundation with a post- graduate diploma in Construction Management from the Federal University of Technology Akure, Ondo State. As an esteemed member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and a COREN certified Engineer, Mr. Ibukun has consistently demonstrated his dedication and adaptability, contributing significantly to diverse construction projects.
Engr. Ladi’s fervor for success and commitment to innovation have been pivotal in the progressive evolution of HOT Construction Ltd from a modest familial enterprise to its present prominent stature.
Furthermore, Engr. Ladi actively engages with Varying Homes Solutions and Developments Company. His professional development includes participation in workshops focused on the Design, Costing, and Management of Road Works, as well as Investigation & Design of Foundations for Engineering Structures. These engagements were organized by the Nigerian Society of Engineers (N.S.E.) and private management enterprises.
